I bought a Joy-Pi Note, but there was no SD card in the box containing the associated software. I wanted to create an SD card in English, but I couldn't find the website where I could download the ZIP containing the IMG file to flash onto the SD card.

Can you tell me where to find the website hosting this ZIP, or who I can contact to obtain an SD card containing the software?

I am very sorry for that! You can get in touch with our service and we will send you a replacement SD card.

If you want to install the software, you can just install a fresh Raspberry Pi OS on your SD card and follow the install routine afterwards. 🙂
